About Me

My current portfolio contains a multitude of genres, but leans heavily on my two main loves: comedy and science fiction. I am interested in writing for both television and film. I write constantly and my current project list continually grows. Here on the site, I've chosen to include only completed scripts, to avoid overwhelming interested parties. If you are curious about my works in progress (a duplicitous family man drama perhaps? a holiday vacation comedy? how about a combo of that comedy and sci-fi I love so much?), please hit me up. I am always happy to talk about my new ideas.

I spent the first half of my career making short films while working in production, mainly as an Assistant Director, on indie feature films and music videos in Austin, TX. I have written, directed, and produced three of my own short films. In addition, I have produced numerous shorts and one feature with amazing collaborators.  Having relocated to Los Angeles to focus entirely on my writing career, I'm enjoying getting to know the city and reconnecting with my LA  film friends that have come in and out of Austin for so many years. I'm learning the roads, the coffee shops, the bars, and the many hiking trails  of the greater Los Angeles area and loving it.
